Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst reports directly to the Director of Finance and will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape and supporting the strategic decision-making process. You will be pivotal in analyzing financial data, forecasting revenue and expenses, and providing insightful recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets are met. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, you will contribute to the financial planning and analysis efforts, assisting in the company's ongoing success and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, robust, and dynamic budgeting and ongoing forecasts
  • Develop and provide dynamic financial reporting tailored to the specific needs of management and the board, facilitating informed decision-making
  • Utilize advanced Excel modeling techniques to extract actionable insights from imperfect or incomplete data sets
  • Deliver high-quality outputs consistently in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently and maintaining productivity under pressure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Required
  • 2+ years in FP&A Role
