As a Home Health   Registered Nurse , you will monitor vital signs, perform tests, care for wounds or injuries, assess healing, and administer treatments. You will evaluate the patient’s home environment and functional status, and participate in the development of the total plan of care.

Requirements:

\n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor’s degree, with one (1) year of home health care experience preferred\n\t
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon\n\t
• Minimum of one (1) year of previous work experience in recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.\n\t
• Current CPR certification\n\t
• A licensed driver with a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order\n

\n Shift Diffs:  Weekend coverage is once per month and there is an increase in pay
\n Schedule:  Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
\n Territory: 60 mi radius in West Portland, Beaverton area preferred - will look at other areas of coverage
