**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Staffing Manager to lead our recruitment and staffing efforts. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire staffing process, ensuring that we consistently meet the needs of our clients and provide exceptional service to our staff and healthcare partners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top nursing talent.
- Oversee the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of nursing staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring they are met.
- Manage and coordinate staffing assignments, ensuring appropriate placement of staff based on skills and experience.
- Monitor and evaluate staffing performance, providing feedback and support to staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Address and resolve any staffing-related issues or conflicts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on staffing metrics and performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
