Job Title: Structural Welder
Pay Rate: $25/hour - DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5 AM-3 PM
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Company Overview:
Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Structural Welder for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in rough carpentry and is a leader in the construction industry.

Structural Welder Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of respect and teamwork within the assigned area.
• Operate various equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and welding units, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
• Conduct accurate in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain all tools and machinery in optimal working condition.
• Ensure the safety of all assigned work and adhere to company safety protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Structural Welder Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in steel erection and welding.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and carrying objects with ease.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in welding and steel erection.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of all welding methods, procedures, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency with all tools and equipment related to welding.
• Welding certification is preferred but not required.
