RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Start your day knowing it probably won't be typical and brand-new tasks not listed below are bound to come up.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and document test results for fiber optic lines and low voltage data cables utilizing industry standardized testers.
- Dress and route Fiber optic cables and low voltage data cabling into data closets, lock boxes and work areas.
- Fiber optic and low voltage data installation for existing and new construction apartment complexes.
- Install a structured cabling system including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone fiber optic, and testing. This includes understanding applicable codes, standards, and industry-best practices.
- Obtaining and maintaining ALLO Communications issued tool supply.
- A gym membership isn't required but you will be expected to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Know that working outdoors in all types of weather is a requirement.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree or 1-2 years' equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job.
- Clean MVR to drive ALLO Communications vehicles.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.

- Raise objects up to 50 lbs
- Remain upright on feet for extended periods
