$19.50 - $25.50
Position Highlights Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid rotation

What you will do - Schedules surgical procedures as requested according to established guidelines maintaining the highest level of efficiency.
- Facilitates in coordinating a plan of care for patients with various departments throughout the hospital and clinics.
- Performs receptionist duties dealing with the general public and medical personnel.
- Answers and addresses phone calls and messages, routing/involving other appropriate individuals as needed.
- Obtains, formulates, sorts, distributes, and files documents and correspondence as directed.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: - High School or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years scheduling experience or related experience and/or training.
