We're hiring — Join the Compline Wine Shop team! Our 1,800-ft shop features a cellar-temperature selection of 1,000 wines from all over the globe. A separate tasting bar in the front of the shop provides a "tasting room" experience for guests. Like any winery-owned tasting room in downtown Napa, we offer the opportunity to taste a flight of wines—but they aren't part of a single brand, and they could be from anywhere in the world. The Tasting Bar Sommelier role is primarily responsible for pouring these tasting flights in a fun, informative manner, while promoting the sales of monthly wine clubs and retail purchases in the shop. This is a great position for someone with hospitality experience, who wants to continue learning about the world of wine, talk about more than one winery, and join the team at Napa's premier retail destination. Additional retail duties include stocking shelves, checking in wines, and help with keeping the shop in clean and shipshape condition.
