Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Tax Manager Position Overview The Tax Manager will lead and manage Tax engagements for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing client relationships, and delivering high-quality Tax services. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise Tax teams in planning and executing Tax engagements. Review and assess financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for audit-related inquiries. Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions to clients. Prepare and present audit findings and reports to clients and management teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA certification required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on Tax services. Proven experience in managing client engagements and leading Tax teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Benefits
