This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with an established client base and a strong foundation for long-term success. Tax Director - $250,000-$280,000 Tax Partner - $300,000-$325,000 The ideal candidate will have significant experience in both individual and entity tax , with a strong understanding of servicing diverse clients including high-net-worth individuals, professional services firms, real estate companies , and more. This role requires a leader who can manage a team, drive client engagement, and contribute to the firm's collaborative culture .
