Job Description
Our established national company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Since 1990, we have provided national services within the Retail Industry, working directly with high-level decision-makers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating interest and setting appointments with National Retail Customers through outbound calls and telemarketing efforts. This position offers excellent earning potential with a moderate base wage and bonus plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to National Retail Customers, promoting our company's services and generating interest.
Set appointments and follow up with prospective clients to maintain strong relationships and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and driving growth within the Retail Industry.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales progress using our CRM software.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the Retail Industry and experience working with high-level decision-makers is a plus.
