Your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:Tile and Grout Cleaning: Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore tile and grout surfaces.Grout Color Sealing: Apply color sealing to grout lines, ensuring a fresh and uniform appearance while providing protection against stains.Tile and Grout Repair: Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout, restoring surfaces to their original condition.Surface Inspection: Assess the condition of tiled surfaces and provide recommendations for restoration or maintenance.Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the restoration process.Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.Requirements:Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision to deliver impeccable results and exceed client expectations.Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address challenges in the restoration process.Pass a drug test.Pass a background check and DMV check.Plus but not required:Previous Tile and Grout Restoration Experience: Proven experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, and repair techniques.
