1. Safely and punctually assist the driver during the transporting of individuals with developmental disabilities to and from their jobs.
2. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and securing them with safety belts or other restraints.
3. Assist in keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any maintenance issues to management.
4. Be reliable and prompt
5. Communicate regularly with management and passengers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and their families or guardians.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel expenses.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 2 years of experience driving passenger vehicles
Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families or guardians, and other stakeholders
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Requirements :
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
CPR and First Aid certified.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach in order to secure passengers and load/unload equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
