Travel Histology Technician Opportunity

Are you a skilled Histology Tech looking for your next adventure? Join our team and bring your expertise to an exciting travel position in New York!

Position Highlights:
- Role: Grossing Technologist
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate gross descriptions, dissections, and processing of biopsies and tissue specimens according to established protocols.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Pathologist and/or Pathology Supervisor.
- Participate in limited technical activities, such as accessioning, staining, cover slipping, routine maintenance, and cytology specimen preparation.

Qualifications:
- Required:
- GROSSING experience (minimum 1 year).
- Current NYS license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Histotechnologist (HTL).
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science.
