Registered Nurse (RN) - MDS Coordinator

Job Summary: The RN MDS Coordinator conducts and coordinates the assessment process known as the Minimum Data Set (MDS) in long-term care settings. This role ensures that patient assessments are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements, ultimately affecting care planning and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
