Medical Z, a fast growing medical supply company, leader in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of high quality patented medical products, who market to physicians, clinics and private practice is seeking a Sales Representative to be based in the Houston Area primarily to develop new business for these markets and also to manage the existing customer base within the territory.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Identification of new customers in support of assigned territory growth.

- Provides interface between customer and company as needed to generate growth.
- Cultivates pricing considerations and contract requirements.
- Maintains awareness of competitive landscape, identifying potential/existing threats while developing plans to mitigate risk.
- Prepares reports as required.
- Overnight and Week-End travel

Experience Required:

- Selected candidate must reside in Pennsylvania, be prepared to work from a home office, and ideally have prior successful experience working from a home office.

- 2 to 5 years within an outside Medical and/or B2B technical sales role preferred, including the identification and development of new customer accounts.

- Strong influence and negotiation skills required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Sales or Marketing.
- Valid US Driver’s License with clean driving records.
- Legally authorized to work in US.
- No relocation

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary: Base + 6% commission on existing and new sales; company car; Phone; Laptop and comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and 401(k)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Language:

• English (Required)
• Spanish

Work Location: On the road & office meetings
