They are currently seeking a
Trial Paralegal to gain valuable hands-on legal experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and associates on all aspects of litigation, playing a key role in the success of high-profile cases.
Trial Paralegal Responsibilities: - Organize and coordinate document productions in litigation
- Translate legal documents, letters and other materials
- Obtain documents and certificates from courts and state agencies
- Prepare and file all court documents
- Conduct document searches and research
- Prepare witness materials and assist with depositions
- Coordinate trial logistics and provide trial support
- Assist attorneys in client meetings and court proceedings by managing exhibits and taking notes
- Liaise with internal departments and outside vendors (translation services, trial graphics providers)
- Assist in preparing marketing materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Trial Paralegal Requirements: - 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience with trial experience
- Experience with cite checking
- Exceptional organizational, administrative and communication (oral and written) skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Willingness to travel for trials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, FileSite, Relativity, PACER, TextMap, Federal and State e-filing and Bluebook
