You’ll help maintain clean spaces while greeting customers with friendly faces. Here, you'll deliver prompt, friendly, and accurate service to our valued customers. Flexibility and teamwork are key, and no prior experience is needed—we're here to train you!

Job Functions:

• Serve as the first point of contact with customers in the lobby, assisting them by connecting with service specialists to identify their needs.
• Manage the cash register, complete customer transactions, and recommend additional services while adhering to all state and local regulations.
• Input work order details accurately into our system, ensuring all services performed are correctly documented and finalize pending invoices.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance departments to secure work authorizations and purchase orders.
• Maintain customer areas and restrooms, performing tasks such as cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, and servicing trash bins.
• Physical ability to move and lift items weighing over 25 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
