Are you an experienced General Manager ready to lead a dynamic fast-food restaurant? We are looking for a dedicated and energetic leader to drive operations, inspire team performance, and deliver a positive dining experience for our customers. As the General Manager, you will manage daily restaurant operations, develop and lead team members, and work toward achieving sales and budget targets.

Qualification Requirements:

• Strong leadership, organization, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant supervisory experience, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role within quick-service restaurants
• Ability to perform all roles within the restaurant as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Must be at least 18 years old 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the restaurant management team to meet or exceed sales and budget goals
• Oversee employee tasks to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Provide effective training and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Control food, labor, and other operational costs
• Make decisions on hiring, training, and, when necessary, terminations
• Attend regular meetings with the District Manager or Area Director
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence
