Advanced Urology is a progressive practice providing the highest quality, best outcomes and most innovative care in the country. We have a unique model of providing all services in house including modern medical offices, digital imaging, including PSMA PET/CT scan, pathology, on site lab, ambulatory surgery centers, with DaVinci robot, ESWL, HIFU, interventional radiology office-based lab, research and pharmacy. We have 40+ providers and 450 employees supporting our mission of delivering personalized care with compassion and excellence.
We are a physician owned, led, and governed practice. The entire practice is centered around you as the urologist. We provide a comprehensive support system, including dedicated MAs, PAs, a call center, marketing, billing, advanced in-house custom software, AI scribe solutions and documentations teams to maximize your efficiency and patient care. We believe in alignment such that when you win, we win and most importantly patients win. Physicians have a chance to practice at the top of their license unlike many practices in the country.
A typical location includes physician offices, imaging, and two operating room surgery center. A typical week for our urologist is 2 days in the clinic, 2 days in the ASC, and one day at the hospital. Each physician typically hires a PA or NP within one year of starting to help augment your ability to provide the best care to our patients. Take call only 1 in 15 weekends, 2 weekdays / month with APP support and up to 5 weeks of PTO per year!
We offer participation in ancillary revenue including imaging, pharmacy, and research from day one. You will also have the opportunity to invest in one of our ASCs and Lithotripsy partnerships from day one.
We are amongst the most progressive groups in the country. As an example, we were the first Urology practice in the country to offer outpatient Robotic Surgery in our ASC. We offer PAE and other IR based procedures as part of our Interventional Radiology office-based lab at multiple locations throughout Metro Atlanta. We also have a robust prostate cancer center that offers many focal ablation options like HIFU, IRE, PEF and Cryo. Together, we are changing the future of healthcare and urology.
