Your Role as a Business Immigration Analyst

As a Business Immigration Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in preparing and filing U.S. employment-based immigration petitions and applications. Under attorney supervision, you will assist multinational clients in navigating the complex U.S. immigration landscape, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless experience for both businesses and their noncitizen employees.

What Youll Do

• Prepare and draft employment-based immigration petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), PERM applications, and adjustment of status filings.
• Support clients by responding to inquiries, assisting in meetings, and ensuring timely case management.
• Stay informed on evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates to maintain compliance.
• Utilize technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all case filings, using critical thinking and data insights for decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and internal teams, building strong relationships.
• Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
• Paralegal certificate or university degree (preferred).
