Vyper was founded by Dayne and Dylan Rusch in 2020 out of Dayne’s 400 sq. ft. apartment. The brothers grew up helping their dad in the garage as he worked on various projects, from building hot-rods to an airplane. While they would help their father, they noticed the major pain points and struggles he would encounter with the cheaply made products he was using. Not only were they cheaply made, but they were very dangerous as well. As the brothers grew older, this problem only became worse with the influx of overseas manufacturing. This did not sit well with the Mid-western valued brothers that loved American manufacturing.

Therefore, they founded Vyper Industrial and hit the ground running with a vision to manufacture American Made garage products and to build thousands of American jobs. They started with the first product, the Vyper Chair, and are moving into many different products as Vyper grows. From growing 110% since last year combined with a vision to take over this industry, the team here at Vyper won’t settle for anything less than market domination.

OVERVIEW: Vyper is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Videographer to join our team. This role combines technical mastery, creative vision, and strategic thinking to produce compelling visual content that elevates the Vyper brand and drives ecommerce performance. The ideal candidate will independently conceptualize, capture, and produce high-end video content while maintaining our signature moody, stylish aesthetic across all platforms and understanding how to create content that converts in the digital commerce space. 

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES: 

• Create and optimize video content for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms with a focus on ecommerce conversion 
• Develop and execute video content that embodies Vyper's clean, moody, and professional aesthetic while maintaining an entertaining edge that resonates with our audience 
• Independently manage multiple video projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating strong initiative and creative autonomy 
• Direct and execute video shoots, maintaining exceptional standards in lighting, composition, and audio quality 
• Edit and produce content optimized for various social media platforms, advertising channels, and ecommerce touch points 
• Create engaging product-focused content that drives sales while maintaining brand aesthetic 
• Manage and maintain video equipment while organizing project files efficiently 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign objectives, brand strategy, and ecommerce goals 
• Adapt creatively to dynamic shooting environments while maintaining production excellence 
• Monitor performance metrics of video content across different platforms to optimize future productions and improve conversion rates 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

• Proven portfolio demonstrating sophisticated cinematography and editing capabilities, particularly in ecommerce and product-focused content 
• Expert knowledge of video production for paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube) with demonstrated success in driving online sales 
• Advanced proficiency in professional video editing software and production equipment Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to create moody, atmospheric content that showcases products effectively 
• Understanding of ecommerce best practices and what drives conversion in video content 
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively identify content opportunities 
• Experience optimizing video content for different social media platforms, ad formats, and ecommerce channels 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills 
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines 
• Constantly evolving knowledge of current video trends and ecommerce marketing techniques
