We provide professional cleaning solutions for residential and commercial clients with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and excellent communication. As our business grows, we’re expanding our remote administrative team to help streamline daily operations and support client communication.
We’re looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, scheduling, and customer support from a remote setting. In this role, you’ll help management and field teams by handling data entry, email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and other day-to-day tasks.

$21.00 per hour (equivalent to $43,680 per year )
Full-time, remote position
Monday to Friday schedule (occasional weekend support may be required)
Weekly pay
Manage emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Prepare simple reports, invoices, and service confirmations
Communicate with clients and field staff via phone, text, or email
Assist with online customer inquiries and follow-ups
Organize files, update spreadsheets, and maintain digital documentation
Provide administrative support to management as needed
Previous Virtual Assistant, Administrative, or Customer Support experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace required
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Weekly pay at $21/hour or $43,680 per year
