Location:  Anna, OH

Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday 5:00pm - Friday 1:30am

Pay Rate: $19.07/hour

Note : You must be eligible to badge into the Honda facility to be considered for this position.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious  Warehouse Associate   to join our team in Anna, OH. This role is ideal for individuals with forklift experience who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll play a key part in the movement and organization of materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV), including tuggers and forklifts
• Load, unload, transport, and relocate materials across the warehouse
• Manually move items onto or from pallets, bins, boxes, and shelves
• Convey materials from storage areas to designated work zones
• Assemble crates for product containment when needed
• Tag or label materials and mark containers with identifying information
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 35–40 pounds occasionally

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
