**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Week-End Activities Assistant to support our weekend programming. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a community setting and have a passion for helping others engage in fun and meaningful activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of weekend activities and events.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive activities for participants, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide support to participants, answering questions and encouraging social interaction.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment during activities.
- Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator to evaluate the success of events and gather feedback for improvement.
- Help with logistics, including materials preparation and participant registration.
- Promote upcoming events and activities through various communication channels.
- Report any concerns or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
- Engage constructively with participants, fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in recreation, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in recreational or community settings, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
- Availability to work weekends, including evenings and holidays as required.
