Key Responsibilities - Install residential windows and exterior doors using both full-frame and replacement methods.
- Perform finish and trim carpentry to ensure precise fit and finish.
- Accurately read and interpret construction plans or schematics to meet client specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent Oaks Inc with professionalism at every job.
- Drive company vehicles safely and maintain compliance with insurance standards.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of window and door installation experience (full-frame and replacement).
- 2-3 years of finish/trim carpentry experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to be insured by company policy.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and installation instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Schedule - Full-Time - Monday through Friday
- Overtime may be required depending on project demands.
Work Location - Primarily on the road - travel to job sites is required.
