Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year

Partnering with a well-respected New Jersey law firm that’s looking to add a Land Use & Zoning Attorney to its team in Upstate New Jersey. It’s a true mid-sized platform — about 90 attorneys statewide — with a dedicated Workers Compensation Team out of their Springfield NJ office.. The firm encourages autonomy, rewards initiative, and has a very supportive leadership culture.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume petitioner caseload throughout NJ.

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlements.

Handle all phases of litigation from intake to resolution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience handling petitioner-side workers’ comp cases.

NJ Bar required; NY/PA a plus.
