Job Description: Contract to Hire opportunity to join a leading Aerospace Manufacturing Company with opportunities on 1st Shift.

Under minimal supervision responsibilities may include assembly, forming, finishing, material removal, inspection, rework and repair of sheet metal components and parts, per customer specification. Operation of machines, hand and power tools, gages and measuring instruments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, deburr and form parts using hand and power tools, expanders, hot dye presses and rolls, cutting sheet metal to tight tolerances.
• Maintains a clean work environment (including assigned storage and cleaning duties) in full compliance with company standards, customer and government regulations.
• Ensures the company's commitment to maintain a safe workplace and to protect the environment through the establishment and support of Company policy and adherence to various government regulations.

Required Qualification:

• High School diploma or GED or in lieu of a degree 5+ years metal fabrication experience and machine operation will be considered.
• 4+ years sheet metal experience.
• 2+ years grinding, sanding, deburring sheet metal.
• 2+ years experience working with complex process in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read blueprints and work instructions
• U.S. person per ITAR regulations.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
