Job Summary

LingaTech is building a pipeline of experienced AI Engineers for anticipated future needs supporting both Commonwealth and commercial clients. This posting is not tied to an active requisition . We are proactively identifying AI and machine learning talent for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire roles.

If you have experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models or working with modern AI tools and frameworks, we welcome you to join our pipeline.

Potential Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by project and client needs but may include:

• Designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI models

• Working with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, or computer vision tools

• Running experiments, evaluating models, and tuning parameters

• Developing and maintaining data pipelines for AI/ML workloads

• Building APIs or services to operationalize AI models

• Applying prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques

• Using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployments

• Collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams

• Ensuring responsible AI practices and model governance

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development or AI-driven engineering

• Proficiency in Python and common AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.)

• Experience with cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI)

• Strong understanding of model lifecycle, tuning, and evaluation

• Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

(Not required for pipeline consideration)

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, or Generative AI tools

• Experience with ML Ops platforms (Databricks, MLflow, Sagemaker Pipelines, Azure ML)

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques

• Experience deploying AI into production environments

• Public sector or enterprise experience

• AI/ML certifications or relevant graduate-level coursework
