🛠️ Window and Door Field Service Technician I is available in Salt Lake City, Utah

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Milgard in the field, providing expert service to our customers. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain windows and doors, ensuring every visit reflects our commitment to quality and care.

💵 Compensation Range: $ - $ (depending on experience)

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, starting at 6:00

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of windows and doors

• Diagnose and repair product issues with precision

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve concerns

• Document service visits and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory

• Follow safety standards and company policies

• Recommend preventative maintenance and upgrades to customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)

• Proven experience as a service technician in the window/door industry (Milgard experience preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
