We are seeking Experienced Lead Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Management team in the Rock Hill/Fort Mill, SC area!!

Job Title: Experienced Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm and NO on-call!!
Pay Rate: $20 - 23/hr - PAID WEEKLY

The Maintenance Lead Technician is the core of the community. They are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community; insuring a comfortable environment for residents, future residents, and team members. The Lead Maintenance Technician maintains accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests (received and completed), expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.

***Responsibilities as a Lead Tech:

• Possess strong experience in the following tasks:
  • Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
  • Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
  • Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
  • Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
• Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Estimate time and extent of repairs and report back findings to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the maintenance

***Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• EPA - HVAC - CPO certification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in property management- apartments, hotels or residential
• Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property
• Must have reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
