Salary: Up to $20.00 per hour

Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing company in Amery, WI? We've partnered with a local innovator seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join their assembly and quality inspection team!

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, one-piece flow production environment, utilizing your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5am-5pm (flexible shift)

Assembly: $15.00 an hour

Quality Control: Up to $20 an hour

Assembly Responsibilities:

• Perform various assembly tasks, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Utilize hand tools and light power tools to assemble products.
• Ensure all mechanical assemblies are tightened to precise torque specifications.
• Work efficiently within a one-piece flow production line, maintaining quality and pace.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Quality Control Responsibilities:

• Inspecting wire kits, cables, wire harnesses, and assemblies for length, count, labels, and defects.
• Approving production personnel's crimps and soldering in process.
• Testing product for continuity and opens using schematics, test sheets, test fixtures, or customer drawings.
• Assisting in data collection and offer opportunities for improvement.
• Helping with assembly of cable/harness as workload allows.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and light power tools.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of torque specifications (training may be provided).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
