With a commitment to excellence and a focus on client satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced wage-and-hour Associate Attorney to join our thriving class action and PAGA team.

We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a background in class actions and PAGA cases. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully handling wage and hour matters. Experience in civil litigation with a willingness to work hard to learn, wage, and hour will be considered.

We are willing to consider the right part time or of counsel candidate who has substantial wage and hour experience.

This is an IN PERSON POSITION so you must live within commuting distance of our Rocklin office. Dog-friendly offices.

Responsibilities

• Class Action and PAGA matters: handle litigation from start to finish including discovery, depositions, and motion work
• Trial and arbitration preparation: prepare for and attend trial and arbitration as necessary
• Legal Research: Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations, conducting legal research to ensure clients are informed and compliant
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutions
• Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Candidates must have passed the CALIFORNIA bar exam
