Role and Responsibilities As the NeuraFlash Associate IT Analyst, you will be involved with Onboarding/Offboarding & Support - Will help in setting up new hardware/software and access for new hires in a 100% remote workforce environment Effectively challenges current processes and develops novel approaches Determines project deadlines and objectives with management Provides support of complex applications and special projects within NeuraFlash Developing solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors across multiple platforms. Implements projects in support of internal corporate infrastructure Supports and trains users on hardware systems and software applications Advises and makes recommendations on equipment and software application purchases Provides statistics for measuring technical services Skills 1+ years of IT experience Strong collaboration and communication skills. Attentiveness to detail - show initiative Customer service excellence - must be happy to solve IT problems with a smile Understanding of MacOS and Macbook devices, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Atlassian Product Stack and Google Cloud Platform. Experience with Mosyle MDM Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers Awesome verbal and written communication skills, attentiveness to detail - show initiative Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers Knowledge of Salesforce is ideal but not required What's it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?
