The Beverage Cart Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing food and beverage services, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, at the facility. The role involves servicing beverages on the golf course and ensuring a high-quality, service-oriented environment. Requirements 1-2 years of bartending experience Valid driver's license Legal age to serve liquor according to state law Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes (preferred) Ability to operate computerized cash register systems Proper and safe use of equipment and tools Knowledge of and ability to operate a motorized beverage cart following golf etiquette Friendly personality and enjoyment of working with the public Strong customer service skills Dependability Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance at all times Drive the beverage cart across the golf course to serve guests Ensure all bar supplies and glassware are stocked and available Stock beverage carts to required levels daily Follow all applicable beverage laws consistently Operate Micros system, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges, and credit card transactions according to procedures Learn and recognize regular guests Monitor guest experience and take appropriate actions to enhance service Inspect the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks Perform clean-up and closing duties Communicate effectively with team members and management Greet customers promptly and professionally Assist in golf course upkeep as needed Support food preparation and bar tending as necessary Perform additional duties as assigned Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Part-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Hospitality This job posting is active and available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Troon
