**Job Summary:** We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Risk Management Consultant to join our client's team. In this role, you’ll work directly with policyholders to assess risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support underwriting efforts. This position plays a critical role in loss prevention and delivering value-added service to our insureds. **Compensation:** $45,000 - $60,000/year Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays Full Medical Benefits 401(k) with company match **Requirements:** 1+ years of experience in the medical field, risk control, loss prevention, or a related field within the insurance or medical industry. Must be bilingual in Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Safety, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel nationally (up to 30% as needed). **Responsibilities:** Conduct risk assessments for commercial policyholders across various industries. Analyze operations, safety programs, and loss history to identify exposures. Develop and implement customized risk control recommendations and best practices. Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to support profitable account selection and retention. Provide ongoing consultative services to clients and broker partners.
