Job Summary:

Revolution Industrial is seeking a BIM and Design Manager who will oversee all BIM processes, from initial design until project completion. The successful candidate will develop and implement BIM strategies by establish and enforcing standards, protocols and workflows for team members.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.

· Train team members on BIM software and best practices.

· Oversee the daily production of the department.

· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

· Develop and implement BIM strategies and execution plans.

· Establish and enforce and ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols and workflows.

· Manage file storage and organization.

· Work closely with field operations to coordinate designs and ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

· Manage production of technical drawings and plans.

· Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.

· Oversee BIM model creation, maintenance and quality control.

Education and Experience:

· At least 5 years’ related experience required.

Physical Demands:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
