Smokeys Bar B Que in Skykomish, WA is looking for one brewery taproom cashier/server to join our team. We are located on 90000 Ne Stevens Pass Highway. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
We expect that team members can multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive and genuine attitude, pour and serve beverages, operate the point of sale system, answer questions and provide education in a friendly manner, and create a clean and organized space for guests and staff alike
•
The work environment is usually that of a brewery/taproom
•
The employee regularly works with hazardous chemicals
•
The employee works in fluctuating temperatures
•
The employee frequently must work in a sanitary environment
•
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
•
Possess basic math skills and the ability to handle money and Point of Sale cashier duties
•
Possess or be able to obtain a WA Food Worker Card and Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Permit
•
Possess strong knowledge and enforcement of Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board laws and Washington State Health District guidelines
•
Able to lift heavy objects (25 — 50 lbs.)
•
Able to stand, reach, walk, lift, and bend for duration of shift
•
Able to work in crowded and confined spaces
•
Able to maintain excellent customer service and positive guest interaction while working under pressure
•
Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
•
Must be able to lift 25-50lbs
