MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 1P.M. TO 9P.M OR 2P.M. TO 10P.M. CST

MUST OWN A MICROSOFT BASED COMPUTER (Windows 10 or newer) AND HEADSET. EQUIPMENT IS NOT PROVIDED.

Job Description

• Handle incoming calls from customers, accurately record information, and update the database accordingly.
• Conduct outbound calls to gather additional information such as email addresses and insurance details.
• Engage with customers to discuss payment options and schedules in a clear and professional manner.
• Perform skip tracing activities to research and locate customer information, including current addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Skillfully de-escalate tense situations with customers through effective communication and problem-solving techniques, ensuring positive resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Access to a Windows-based computer for data entry and communication purposes.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Must have at least 6 months of collections experience
