Position Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic, organized, and dynamic Chief of Staff to directly support the CEO and executive team. This pivotal role requires an individual adept at operational management, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of company leadership and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor and liaison to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Coordinate and oversee key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Facilitate effective decision-making by gathering, synthesizing, and presenting critical data and insights.
• Drive cross-departmental initiatives and foster effective communication between leadership and operational teams.
• Manage and optimize internal processes, promoting operational efficiency.
• Assist with organizational planning, performance management, and goal-setting.
• Prepare executive communications and presentations, representing the CEO and executive team internally and externally as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, executive management, or related roles.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the capability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
