About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to take ownership of the brand strategy for a scaling business with a diverse product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and communicating revenue growth strategies, as well as building and leading a high-performing sales, marketing, and brand team to support the organization's growth goals. This role involves working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key department heads to ensure the successful execution of the go-to-market strategy and to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in revenue-generating roles, particularly within a fast-paced CPG environment. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent being a plus. The role demands a proven track record in driving growth, the ability to develop integrated business planning, and a strong focus on data-driven metrics to measure performance. The ideal candidate will also have experience in product innovation, pricing strategy, and developing customer-centric best practices to foster long-term partnerships. The CRO will be expected to lead a diverse team, particularly during times of change, and to ensure the team's cooperation, motivation, and cohesiveness in a lean environment.
