About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a detail-oriented approach, capable of developing and maintaining effective risk management processes. Candidates for the Chief Risk Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management within a global financial institution or financial services firm. In-depth knowledge of core risk management principles and a proven track record in building out risk programs are essential. The role requires the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, as well as strong communication skills for engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. A Master's degree is preferred, and a strong interest in and knowledge of emerging crypto trends is a definite plus.
