Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is required
- Must have hands-on experience with:
- Prescreening and participant eligibility checks
- Informed consent process
- Screening, randomization, and study visits
- Taking vitals (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, heart rate)
- Performing ECGs
- Drawing blood (phlebotomy)
- Processing and shipping lab samples
- Pharmacy dispensation and accountability (including inventory, temperature logs, and IP reconciliation)
- Comfortable supporting clinical trial start-up tasks , such as regulatory binder preparation and patient scheduling
- Proficient in data entry and using electronic data capture (EDC) systems
Skills & Attributes:
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance skills
- Effective communicator with excellent patient interaction skills
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Familiar with GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations
