Position Title: CNC Set Up Operator

Wage: $25-$29/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2pm

QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled CNC Set Up Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Ixonia, WI. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys precision work, problem-solving, and contributing to a high-quality production environment.

CNC Set Up Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product accuracy
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work from blueprints, work orders, and production schedules

CNC Set Up Operator Requirements:
- Previous CNC operating experience required (mills, lathes, or related equipment)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
