A leading financial institution is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to develop and manage middle-market and commercial banking relationships in the Sacramento region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored lending and financial solutions.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive loan and deposit growth.
• Credit Structuring & Risk Assessment: Collaborate with credit teams to structure and underwrite commercial loans while managing portfolio risk.
• Cross-Selling & Advisory Services: Partner with internal teams to offer treasury management, capital markets, and other banking products.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Sacramento commercial banking landscape with an established client network.
• Credit & Financial Acumen: Experience structuring complex commercial loans and analyzing financial statements.
• Relationship-Driven Approach: Proven ability to acquire, retain, and expand client relationships.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and portfolio growth targets.
