Construction Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing daily operations. This role involves administrative and clerical duties, including typing dictation, checking voicemail and email, and maintaining an organized calendar. The ideal candidate will also oversee permit applications, track their status for various projects, and provide direct assistance to the General Contractor. Additionally, this role will offer support to litigators when required.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction administration or legal support is a plus.
