Element Outdoor Living is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential outdoor construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and internal teams to meet schedule and budget
Serve as the primary client contact during the construction phase
Communicate proactively with clients regarding updates and changes
Review project scopes, estimates, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility
Partner with Sales and Design on constructability and value engineering
Track job costs, budgets, and project performance
Identify risks early and implement solutions
Ensure high-quality workmanship and a strong client experience
Experience managing residential construction projects (outdoor construction preferred)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Clear, professional client communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working knowledge of job costing, budgets, and schedules
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this position
Field-based, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical jobsite activities
Frequent local, day travel
