This position has a built-in potential promotion track to Director of Accounting and starts at $100k base salary + bonus. Upon promotion to director-level by mid-next year, compensation will increase to up to $150k.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience (2+ years in a leadership role)
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and best practices
• Skilled in modern accounting software and Excel
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail-obsessed with the ability to see the bigger picture
