Glacier Homemade Ice Cream and Gelato in Castle Rock, CO is looking for customer service employees to join our Glacier Team! We are located downtown Castle Rockat 115 Wilcox Street, Suite 110 across from Festival Park. We are privately owned and a great place to work!

Our ideal candidate is a reliable, self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Excellent pay is Colorado minimum tip wage: $11.40 plus tips (Spring/Summer tips - $10 an hour and up, for Fall/Winter tips - $7.00 an hour and up)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions that customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy and clean work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

 

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a busy customer service environment
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly and address concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with team members and
