A well-established international corporation is seeking Data Entry Clerks. Accurate data entry skill is a must but no experience is needed. Bilingual in Japanese is a plus.

Work schedule: 8 hour Shift (Start time flexible) or part-time within Monday – Friday 6:00 am - 4:00pm (Summer time) / 5:00am - 3:00pm (non-daylight saving time), $17.87/hr.

Requirements of the Data Entry Clerk:

• Accurate data entry skill Required
• Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail oriented, organized, and strong with numbers
• Some office experiences are plus

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

• Accurately enter data (customer information etc.) into systems
• Review and reconcile entered data
• Assist in mailing out letters to customers
• Write emails to customers using templates
• Other related duties and administrative duties

Employment Type: Temporary could be Temp - Hire
