Data Entry Specialist (EPIC System) – Onsite | St. Paul, MN

Location: St. Paul, MN 55102 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week) Pay: $27–$28/hr Contract Duration: 8 weeks | Start Date: November 24 or December 1

About the Role

We’re seeking two experienced Data Entry Specialists to assist with an important backlog project for a major healthcare organization in St. Paul, MN. You’ll play a key role in helping the team update and maintain accurate patient vaccination records in the EPIC electronic health record system.

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring completion of fingerprinting and attendance at a three-day training prior to starting. This is an 8 week project. Additional Details

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Enter and verify patient vaccination data in EPIC with accuracy and efficiency.

• Support the clinical team in reducing a backlog of approximately 1,500 patient records.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

• EPIC system experience is required — must be comfortable navigating and entering data within EPIC.

• Background in healthcare administration, registration, scheduling, or front desk preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Reliable and committed to completing the full 8-week contract.

• Excellent attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
